So diagnose this....

Twinged my back putting the roof box on the car a few days ago, felt it but wasn’t too bad.

My back was sore yesterday but manageable, poor nights sleep but I slept

Fast forward to today and I’m in agony and hitting ibuprofen and had to lie down from 11am as it proper hurt could barely walk and laughing or peeing just was painful. Was wondering if I’d be able to work / cycle next week it was that bad.

Managed to come downstairs and found a spot on the sofa that was comfy.

Then without thinking got up and all pain had gone, completely vanished. Nothing, how’s that work???

Pretty sure Jesus didn’t pop round so what happened??

Trapped then released nerve?

I wonder if it was a disc slightly out of place....lying down might’ve stopped it pressing against a nerve? I pulled my back years ago, you’re lucky...I’ve resigned to mine never being right but it only really restricts me as for example doing the pots gets my back aching after a few minutes....really need a dishwasher I think!! Glad you’re cured anyway

Book an appointment at a minor injury unit.
