What type of sealant should be used for gaps between walls and upvc internally?

any general frame sealant silicone will do for up 8mm max.
You can colour match - I got some that was matched to a lime mortar colour perfectly.
If you want to paint it though, go for a decorator's caulk (differnt silicone recipe that can take paint).

Lots of gaps everywhere, dreadful condensation and trying to make it look semi-reasonable to put on the market.
