oooo its so addictive !
Having always wondered what the numbers meant on Diplomatic cars I looked it up...
So far over the last two days I've seen the Chilean and Namibian car along with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ! Being in London there is more of them to see

Seems like everyone on Northern Ireland is called Baz, Gaz or Daz. Not sure they're diplomats though (not Mercs).
