Does this impact anyone on here in Scotland from a client or solicitor perspective?
There was some heated discussion on Radio Scotland this morning and I am siding with the solicitors, despite Austin Lafferty not putting his points across very well IMO.

It is hard to think of a worse legal aid system than the english/welsh one but hats off to them the scots have managed to come up with one. "congratulations Hamish you were falsly accused and wrongly brought to court by the state but we find you not guilty and here is your bill from the state for the expense of defending you"
