HI, I'd like to build a knowledge resource using a combination of URL linked documents (info on providers websites) and stored documents on company server.
I'd like it to be searchable on keys words and phrases and easy to update and design.
I have Excel and Access if that's a solution and so do all other would be users.
Any ideas guys?

Sharepoint There is a free version but cannot remember name offhand. Might be Search server?

Use a Wiki - runs on Windows (IIS, Apache)
Searchable, easy to edit, and free.

Excel and Access are not a solution.
As above I'd use a wiki or sharepoint
