Someone wrote in complaining that he'd "read of" a trip and slip claim worth £100K
Honest John's response was that the maintenance budget had "probably" been spent on installing speed bumps. Therefore it was relevant to the motoring section!

I agree the article makes no sense.... just like most of the subsequent posters on here.
I also think it is highly irresponsible of the state to take measures to make law breaking motorists slow down...What is the world coming to when you cannot drive fast down a residential street. I mean most people seem sensible and bright - see above for examples.
Dont forget al car is king even on a cycling forum 🙄
