Jeez,ย  this is my new favourite thing.

The South African deli near us has just started doing this.

Lovely curry and a curry soaked bread for pudding.

I am sure it tastes amazing, but it looks like something a labrador regurgitated.

People in SE Asia have been eating that way for a long time.

Also our road side aromatic spicy lamb soup is also serve with bread in that way.

My father always eat his curry that way at home ... can't be asked to get naan bread etc ...

I may have been known to create something similar in a nan bread with a little added grated cheddar 😍

That's how I know it. Also works well with a good chilli

M&S used to do chicken tikka sandwiches. They were really nice.

Waitrose do a Coronation chicken roll. ย  Now, I don't like this as a rule but as I was late for lunch and it almost the only thing left I tried it.

Surprisingly nice.

I might have spiced up my plain ham sandwiches today by the lavish addition of chips in curry sauce.

Unless my wife asks.

In which case, Iย certainly ย didn't do that.

Always used to mop up the remains of a Chinglish curry with generous slabs of bread and butter. ย Food for neither thought nor Gods.

Delicious.

A South African colleague served this (bunny chow) at a birthday do she hosted. It was, by some margin, the highlight of the day. Lovely.
