Whereabouts in Hull? My knowledge is mostly West Hull, but I can recommend Bengal Lounge on Princes Avenue, Lime Tandoori on Beverley Road or Ruby Spice on Cottingham Road (though we mostly do takeaway).

If you want to go fancy then Tapasya (Beverley Road or on the Marina) is pretty amazing, but expensive.

Lots of other non-curry options too if you change your mind. And if you fancy a nice beer then 80 Day Bier Haus on Princes Ave would be my choice. The local fixie types often go in there and are a nice bunch, and a friend of mine runs it.
