We require some roofbars for one of our cars.

I've only ever used Thule in the past, but Cruz seem similar but a fair bit cheaper.

So....how do they compare in the real world?

Thanks

ps - Alu aero for using with Thule roofbox and bike carriers....

Mate recently bought the Cruz and they look great for the money, I'd go that route if I had to buy again

Had delivery of some Atera roofbars today.ย  Always used Thule, but the footpack for my new car meant it looked awkward to put on and take off.ย  Atera is less flexible, but it looks great, and comes with a preset torque allen key.ย  I'm impressed with the quality and how easy they are to install.ย  German made and cheaper than Thule.

Interested in this too.ย  I've always used thule bars but need new feet for a new car.ย  I was just going to buy a foot pack and use the existing bars but I like the look of those Atera bars.

Also gone for Atera this time around, needed different length bars as well as new feet so full new setup.

The aero bars have a rubber strip in front of the t-track (rather than inside it on the Thule) so no strips to cut or remove/replace each time you attach something.

I have just fitted whispbars to my car, very impressed with them especially in conjunction with the whispbar Bike carriers, they fit and can be removed in seconds.

My Skoda has roof rails already so fitting was also very swift.
