depends which trail. just got in from 3hr ride right over the tops. not much ice at all, unless at a wet bit. then lots of ice.

On your vimeo? Looked similar to my ride however mine was worse as it was sheet ice JUST on the trail with dry alround it. In the distance Mam and Jacobs was snowed in.

Track nicko- which parts were icefree? I love snow. I really do hate ice.

All roads are clear. Just been up William clough to kinder scout then back, odd bit of ice but never too thick otherwise I've never known trails this dry, loving it.

Are you interested in the whole 1437 km2 or a specific bit?

I set off from Edale on Saturday for a ride around Jacobs. Didn't even make it up to Hollins Cross before turning round as it was all ice. That was saturday though, and it looked like snow had melted a bit and froze into ice overnight.

Did a ride around Chatsworth instead, but still found lots of ice on Beeley Moor.
