My Mum keeps pressing buttons she shouldn't, now lots of images on her computer and internet browser have been replaced with white boxes with red crosses in. Presumably, some software needs updating or she's wiped something, or changed something.
Instructions please?

I have no idea, I went onto her computer to show her some pics on my Fickr. Much of the home page flowery **** imaging stuff and designs on Flickr were white boxes with red crosses, but all my pics etc were ok.
