GF was looking for some info on the Fife seaside town of Kinghorn.

What she got was King Horn.

Any other comic Google search results?

One from The Times letters page, elderly bloke doing the crossword. Clue was 'wild asian ass.' They were looking for a kind of donkey, didn't find the donkey until about the third page.

put in "French military victories" and it used to come up with

did you mean French military defeats?

and I got an email joke the other day with a screen shot that said

"white man stole my car" and then said

did you mean black man stole my car?

If interested in the Python programming language it is probably better to look on python.org rather than python.com

Bike-related: the legendary Black Gold grease was made by Ebony Lubricants. A google for black gold ebony lubricants won't find it...

If anyone is familiar with LaTeX typesetting...

A colleague was once trying to find out how to closely wrap text around a figure (or something like that) and searched for "latex tight figure". The usual sample of image results weren't quite what he was after.

I was looking for pictures of a Jellograph (early form of photcopier) at work (on a secure site where everything's monitored), and thought "ah hah, a museum's site might have pictures". So I googled "museum jellograph". That was a mistake. For some reason the first 5 hits were tentacle rape. :-S
