Who would win? My history isn't as good as I would like but interested to know what other people think. Is there anyone else who would trump either of them?
And wouldn't World Leader Top Trumps be a great game? You could have sections on Civil Rights, Warmongering, Economics, Similarity with Bond baddies.....
