A friend has brought me some boeren truffelkaas cheese back from Amsterdam. I'm a long way from a cheese aficionado, so what should i eat it with/put it in?

Chop it into cubes and put it on cocktail sticks with pineapple and/or pickled onion.

Throw it in the bin and break open the Cathedral City extra mature Chedar, then do what Ton suggests.

Eat with digestive biscuits, it's working nicely for wensleydale with apricots in.

Throw it away and get some Pont-l'Évêque instead.

Melt the cheese into mash potato and serve in a sandwich 🙂
