Heading down to Cornwall next week on holiday and want to get some riding in so I thought Cardinham Woods would be a good place to go.
Question is is there any family friendly trails there as well as the blues and reds so my wife and daughter can do some riding as well, or is it really the camel trail for them.
Also what time is the car park open so I get some early of late rides in.
