...have I really got to actually phone DVLA to give them my new address?
I've done Driver's Licences, Vehicle V5's and banks. I don't see what relevance my address has to a DD? And have I not already informed DVLA of change of address with Licence and V5s?
Don't know if I can bare any more hold music! 🙂
The wife says I have to, but the DDs have gone out fine this month.

I don't think I had to specifically tell them about the address for the DD - just changed the address on the V5 and all was well.
DVLA are weird. When you sell a car, you can enter the new keeper's details online, rather than post off the slip from the V5. But only in working hours. Very frustrating. I sold a car in the evening of the last day of the month, tried to tell them online but apparently the computer had gone home for the night, so I couldn't inform them until the next month had started and wasn't able to get the tax refunded for that month.
