I recall Aristotle debating a similar matter when he chanced upon a discarded cloth that had been used to cleanse the rear parts of a donkey.
That's you that is, that cloth.
I hope you chaps are taking notes of the way that insult and invective can be used to further a debate.
Raise your game!
the rear parts of the donkey are you and as always i am cleaning up your mess
I am off to Glencoe shortly
Well FFS [s]cheer up[/s] lighten up before you get here 🙂
So, back on topic then...does praying not work anymore?
Well my work here is done.
you must be very proud
(But obviously smart choice of topic - always a safe one on here)
If a fart I am, that which you claim, then your face must be the place from whence I came.
Northwind -
Well my work here is done
Great thread! Thanks NW, gave me a laugh from beginning to (not quite) end.
I wonder how many STW cliches are contained within.
I can see a lot of folk would not appreciate the humour/irony of the situation because, you know, someone's died. But some people do find it funny.
Yep. It reminds me of how we had a death of a cyclist locally when they were hit by a lorry, someone pointed out how it was quite amusing and ironic as cycling is supposed to be "healthy". I didn't like to sound offended so I laughed and agreed with them.
As you say, a lot of folk would not appreciate the humour/irony of the situation because, you know, someone's died. But some people do find it funny.

That makes you a weak person then. Which given your opinions on here I don't believe. So that means you're story is a lie, but then I don't believe you would lie. So then we are back to you being weak.....
....I'm so confused 🙁
Perhaps it was a parable.
if only the car had a fish sticker on it
Personally, I only get emotionally involved when someone I actually know dies. Otherwise, well, there's quite a few deaths going on.
It is in poor taste.
But it's also funny.
Ernie's trolling is not funny.
I thought it was quite funny NW.
