[Closed] can't get my synology nas drive to allow user access

I've set everything correctly I think, clicked to send email notifications, but the users aren't receiving an email.

Can't find anything to help me on google. Any experience of sorting this?

I'm not familiar with the Synology set up, but an obvious question from the above is ... can you send any emails from the NAS ?

Can you use the userid/passwords that you have created and "net use" to a drive/log in to the administration page of your NAS ?
