Had a shit first quarter - weeks of back pain that I could only suppress with pills and hope the excercises would make go away 'cause I couldn't afford the osteopath. Four weeks of a rotten cold that woldn't shift - no sick pay in the new job so no time off to rest. Now I've got muscle probs below the left hip.
Still, looking on the bright side I get a senior citizen railcard this year...
