I'm sure it's probably come up already, but why is there a man shaving his arm and it says 0.3 seconds?

Am I being a specialist?

Cheers

Aaah, that's great, cheers.

Guess the arm hairs will be coming off soon then too.

I think it means if you shave your arms, you will gain 0.3 seconds due to reduced wind resistance?

I can't help but think I would gain one heck of a lot more than 0.3 seconds if I cut down on cake rather than shave.

No, the advert is for the new MRP razors they're now stocking.

Recent research has shown why fuzzy tennis balls go faster than non-fuzzy ones; by shaving himself the rider's actually adding 0.3 seconds onto his time.

Yes, I learnt it in fluid dynamics. Like why golf balls have dimples on them I believe.

Arms shaved anyway, I'm not taking any chances. Not in this game.
