Wanting to put the house on the market and thought we better get a roofer round to fix a few broken stone tiles. We were told in no uncertain terms that a new roof is required. We had new guttering recently and the company who did that said the same.
Rather than go with the first price we get (which we normally do 😀 ) I wondered if anyone can recommend someone?
House is 1860, yorks stone roof etc etc
