Any personal recommendations for wales ,dales,lakes

We had some lovely times at the Windermere camping and caravan club site. Lovely site, great location.

Peniarth Bach Farm campsite, just south of Colwyn Bay. Handy for N Wales coastal resorts, and biking in Snowdonia, Marin, Penmachno and so on. Very friendly, tent hookup pitches, clean showers Etc. My lad and I have gone back a couple of times for a boys' fishing and MTB long weekend.

Gibraltar Farm, near Arnside. Quick access to Lakes and Dales and a great, quiet spot with kids.
