Keeps cropping up as a facebook ad - seems to be marketed as a load of interesting places you can just rock up and stay for the night that aren't neccessarily campsites. £33/year so not silly money.
The heatmap on the sign up page just looks like a lot of pubs, with the odd farm or sightseeing place dotted in.
Anyone use it? I'm interested if it genuinely shows interesting places to visit/pitch up. Not so bothered if it's mostly a list of pubs that'll let you park in their car park on the assumption you'll maybe have a meal and a couple of pints

What sort of places does it bring up - interesting/scenic spots, or just literally somewhere you are allowed to park for the night, or again, just a load of pubs mostly?
I found Park4Night very inaccurate and had a good few sites suggested that are trespassing. I commented and reported on - and had the original poster give me a right savaging - despite his 'site' being through a gate, up a private track and next to the mobile phone mast above Oban, surrounded by 'no vehicles beyond this point' signs...
I find google maps and some hunting on 'interweb finds me a good few places, plus we use campsites in season, and OS map and common sense to sniff out some wonderful, away from everyone else spots...
This is not a service I'd pay for. With a bit of common sense (and common decency) it's easy to find places to stay the night that aren't taking the piss, either out in the sticks, in a pub/public car park or even, in my case, a couple of times when I've parked up and slept on a suburban street.
There is a 'pubs that allow camper vans to stay' Facebook group that might be worth digging out too.
Nope. I did 3 years ago and found out it’s completely pointless.
Search4Site has them all on and more. You can set/remove filters, has official sites, parking spots, pub stops, water refills, waste spots and more.
Years ago we found the book useful but these days we use Search for Sites and common sense.
I didn't find search for sites that useful unless you pay for it. I paid for the campervanbible which is pretty similar to search for sites I think. Basically use it to find pub stops as I find them useful places to stay while away for the weekend. Usually use 4-8 pub stops a year
I tend to use park4night whereas my husband sits and trawls through google maps or just wings it. Generally speaking I need phone signal as I’ll be working from my van so that’s why park4night is useful because people will leave comments about the signal. I also only stop where I see at least one review but if there’s too many reviews it’ll be too popular so I avoid it as I don’t want to be overrun by others.

I would agree with others above.
I use Park4Night and Search for Sites but tend to only use them for pub stops and Aires/Legit stops.
We've also had luck staying in quite a few random pubs that don't advertise it, always get at least drinks and ask nicely.
A lot of the "off grid" (eurgh) stops have been ruined by apps & FB groups.
