Campervan, possibly dipping my toes in

For balance my new van doesn't even have enough beds. It has an occasional use bed 

But it's has a full kitchen and large fridge. We get more use out of it as a day van instead of food wastage when the kids don't like what ever available cafe has to feed us with /traveling to a cafe /eating premade sandwiches. 

Infact being able to make my own food is one of he major draws to a camper over just chucking a bed in a box van. 

Never understood the aversion to cooking in a camper van until I tried to do it in a VW t(x) van
