Surely some sort of hoax??
It fails on so many levels. I suppose you've got to start somewhere but the technology is nowhere near ready yet. The noise alone, telephone lines, branches, kids with catapults, farmers with shotguns etc.
Since when were car headlights not powerful enough to see the road ahead, is it the 1950s again.
