I was diagnosed with hip bursitis after a bad MTB fall couple of years back. It flares up badly from time to time. This time it’s really bad 1 week before a week long bike tour.
Anyone got any advice? Treatments that have worked? Or perhaps to dare I say cancel the trip 🙁
