Having quite the tumultuous time with my new BT Mobile contract, and after spending more time dealing with Indian call centres than is healthy, I need to direct my ire at someone who might actually get shit done.
Had a bit of a Google, and found the odd contact info, but figured I would check on here if anyone has had to escalate things with them recently, and could recommend a number, email address or written address that I could use.
Cheers.
Can't help but BT are fe!ckin horrendous when things aren't going well good luck are the only wishes I can offer you.
Try posting on their forums, and slating them on their Facebook page. With any luck, their executive complaints team (UK-based) will contact you and "try" to sort it out.
From my experience, they'll make things worse though, or cause more problems.
BT are a truly awful company to deal with. Too big for its own good.
I wish you luck. Try BT Care twitter and repeatedly asking for your complaint to be escalated to supervisors etc. But I wouldn't hold out any hope. Start totting up the calls, wrong billing and loss of service for the eventual small claims court case...
Send letter by recorded delivery telling them that they're being taken to the Small Claims Court for xyz. You're currently preparing the paperwork and it should be with them within the next 48 hours.
Seriously though, there's been enough threads on that shite company and their equally shite 'customer service department'. Can't believe they're still in business.

I am within my 14 days cooling off, so if nothing sorted by next week I'll just knacker them off. New contract taken out Friday, and it's been a ballache. Just deciding if this is just a one and done bit of hassle then all sorted, or just take it as a bullet dodge and walk away.
Try BT Care twitter
All they seem to do is refer you to their 'Mobile Team'....which is some poor bastards in India who can't do anything.

I actually searched STW for BT Mobile before going for it, as most results seemed fairly positive.
It comes down to how much time you can spend dealing with a company that spends mega bucks on advertising but isn't interested in retaining customers.
