Manny has been compared to Henry Armstrong - but Pacquiao is so much better than Armstrong ever was.
Only knock against Manny - aside from his refusal to drug testing - is that the best guys he has fought and beat - have all had to give up weight to fight him, and as with Moseley, they were all a few years past their best.
That said - he demolished them all as he has moved up, in a fashion that was never achieved before.
Great fighter.
