[Closed] Bosch dishwasher recall

We've a Bosch, but there's no serial number sticker where Bosch reckon there should be one...

the serial number is laser etched in the stainless steel on the left side of the door on ours

I had mine done a couple of years ago when they wrote to me.

I dunno why, I thought this was going to be about some German au pair agency problem.

Thanks for the heads up - just checked mine and it's also on the list! Just booked their free repair service online...

Think I checked the last time this popped up here but I'll check again.

Apparently if it's already been repaired it should have a blue sticker with an "R" on the inside door - mine doesn't! Hence the service call...

Wow the power of STW! I remembered I got a letter from Bosch this morning which I had binned without opening as I presumed it was some sales rubbish.
Prompted by this thread I dug out the letter and true enough my dishwasher is now out of guarantee and they would like sell me a new one 🙁
