Thinking about a few days in the Borders next week. Any recommendations for a nice campsite? Ideally not of the massive holiday park kind, with grass pitches and walking distance from pub/shops. Not too fussed about area.

Ta.

If you are happy with south of the border, a friend of mine runs Stonehaugh campsite. It's a beautiful spot and Rupert is both very friendly and a gravel / MTB rider.
