So I order a tumble drier from them. Delivery slot 12-4. They phone to ask if there are any potential problems. I suggest that since we live next to a school, avoiding school kicking out time would be a good idea, and that in any case do not approach the house from the South because that part of the road is narrow and they will get stuck (coming in from the North is 100 yards further.)I reiterate the latter when speaking to the driver 30 mins ago.
