Any further news Woppit?

I think he's left the forum ๐Ÿ™

He's probably listen to Radio 5 Live.

He relies on it to keep up with current affairs you know.

It seems that this BS has sent Mr Woppit into hiding. Oh come on, we were only playing with ya. Please don't go. There's nothing to be afraid of.

I've got to* go to another office in a bit. This means using Liverpool Street station. Should I be worried?

*well, I haven't 'got to', but it gets me closer to home on a Friday afternoon, and seeing as I'm in charge.......

Mr Woppit - Member
I just called Radio 5 live. I was listening to a RECORDED transmission from 7/7.

Very sorry everybody.

Mods - take the thread off maybe

Fair play he admitted his error - we have all done daft things.
Amusing but he done right in my book he could have stayed and joined in the banter a bit more though

'Tis a shame, I wanted to remind him of this :

Well, that's me just pulling clear of Liverpool Street on a train. All is well, they've cleaned everything up and got things working as normal. Very impressive given this mornings bomb

My mum has a Man Utd tattoo on her arse, so I somehow think the statement is untrue. ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

let's hope not. one thing i've learned over the years is that this place is all the better because of people like woppers, not despite them.

I wondered when you were going to resurrect this thread. ๐Ÿ™‚

I'd imagine woppit is pretending it never happened but every now and again a memory of it passes through his mind causing him to flinch.

Major Incident - that should be your next username elfin.

Were you one of those people that freaked out during Ghost Watch?

Hey, I resent that ๐Ÿ‘ฟ I mean, it still freaks me out even though I KNOW it's a repeat. Bloody Sarah Green's so convincing.

Woppit will probably reappear, after listening to the first few lines of Leonard Cohen's Lover Lover Lover and taking appropriate action.

๐Ÿ˜€ So cruel but yet probably so true.

My favourite line in the whole thread was : "Mods - take the thread off maybe"

I could just picture those pitiful pleading puppy eyes. It's the "maybe" what done it. I never thought I could feel so much sympathy for Woppit.

We all make prats of ourselves in life, but as there's no escape the secret is not to worry too much about it .....come back woppit !
