UE Roll. £46 from eBay so only slightly out of your budget.
You can hang them up which means you get more volume than something being buried on a shelf. Waterproof/washable. Better bass than most because the design means it's got a much bigger bass driver than other speakers at the price.
Really impressed by the quality.
