Hi, a friend has a new Blackberry and the Icon for messaging has just disappeared from the home screen. Not familiar, so wonder if anyone can say how to reinstate it?? Thanks gemoATf2sDOTcom.

probably hidden it - press the BB menu button and tick show all.

I think she has done that - it was one of the options I tried.

If by the home screen you mean the screen with reduced icons then it needs to be moved up from the screen which contains all the icons (usually entered by pressing the moving the screen up (well on my Torch anyway).
