Im trying to set up an email account on my wifes Blackberry. It's an itslearning account which we have the required settings. However, the blackberry is not letting me enter anything more than an email address in a set up wizard when trying to set it up, surely I should be able to go straight into an advanced set up mode. Any ideas?

I set mine up via the blackberry mobileemail website not the handset. That is on Vodafone though, I don't know about other networks.
Go to setup.
Go to email accounts (should be the first one).
Go to set up another email account (or similar).
Select which type of email address it is - sounds like you might to use other at this point.
Put in the address and the password, press continue.
Should be all done at this point, or anything else should be fairly obvious.
However not all emails are compatible with blackberries - for example, you can't receive emails from an fsmail.net account. It may be worth a google search for itslearning emails and blackberry to see if other people have had problems.
