Apologies if this has been mentioned in one of the many threads already...
Planning a trip over to Gethin in a couple of weeks, and I'd like to ride my own bike for half the day, then hire something big and bouncy for the afternoon. Don't really want to leave my HT on the car roof for the afternoon, though, so would like to know if there's somewhere reasonably secure to leave it? A simple Sheffield stand would be fine - I don't mind bringing an FO big lock along in the car.
Didn't notice any bike racks per se, but plenty of immovable objects you could chain it to close to the main building.
Speak to the hire people- they'll have space for a bike, since you're taking one away with you.
Don't hire a dh bike. The place is best on a 5/6" travel trail bike...
