Hot roast beef baguette with onions and gravy.

Or knock it up into a beef jalfrezi.

Make a big yorkshire pudding, (at least 6" across).
Fill with warmed roast beef & gravy
WIN!

Cut into thin strips, stir fry, add veg and a sachet of sauce. Rice or noodles. Yummy.

I'm a bit disappointed you have left over roast beef.

Fling it into a pie.

Turn it into stroganof with sticky rice.

Do a veg curry and throw it in at the last minute to warm up with the sauce but not turn chewy.

Feed it to your chickens.

Don't upset it with rank mustard or horseradish!

If it's rare, slice it thinly and add it to a nice Thai salad.
