I'd nominate Steve Carell. Every bloody film he's in he's yelling at some point.

It's OK, you can find some of his choice quotes in text. you can copy and paste it if you really want. And get banned ๐Ÿ˜€

Shouty Sargeant wins the thread.

Surely Pacino in The Devil's Advocate ! Makes the film totally unwatchable with the most over-acting you can put into a couple of minutes

The best rant ever! Nobody will ever match this! And being a mike Leigh film, it was apparently ad-libbed. Scary!

Apparently he (shouty Sergeant) is an ex-Marine drill instructor and he was meant to be a coach for the actor given the role but they decided to ask him to do it once they saw him in action.

Tom Cruise has a shout in all his films... Not sure if they're good shouts, but they're prolific.

A late nomination for Bronholm:

As someone in the comments says, it's the only 7 seconds of that film worth watching.

My first thought was the start of pulp fiction too.

But thinking on it, it's Kurgan in highlander.

"I have something to say.
It's better to burn out than to fade away."

But McCloud also says "There can only be one!" which is quite cool too.

FMJ's drill sergeant will always be the undisputed king of celluloid shouting but this has to be on the podium.

Nicholas Cage in most of his films from the past ten years. The Wicker Man abomination is worth it for the Bee scene alone. Ooh and Walter "you're entering a world of pain Smokey" from The Big Lebowski.

Calmer than you dude, calmer than you. The scene with the neighbours car is pure gold ๐Ÿ˜†

I'm talking about form. I'm talking about content. I'm talking about interrelationships. I'm talking about God, the devil, Hell, Heaven. Do you understand... FINALLY!

Couldn't find a clip from the film (One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest) so you'll have to make do with this gabba track from my mispent yoot:
