had a big weekend. sister got married on Sunday. i ate like a pig and drank like a fish. as such my gut was full. i knew it was going to be a big off-load and seeing the scales thought i'd hop on. 77.8kg.
once discharge was over i got back on the scales. 76.0kg. i was both surprised and impressed.
i'm still 4kg over my norm, but i don't think i can lose it all in one go.
so 1.8kg of solids and fluids. can you better that?

I'd be interested in the volume of your emissions. Next time can you shit in a kitchen jug and measure the displacement?
Well I guess it's roughly a density the same as water, so nearly 2 litres!
I usually measure it by the volume of the creak in the bathroom floor.
Its the number I get in that impress me. 3 before lunch is pretty standard good solid proper ones an'all.
