Thought this might be of interest to some of the forum. I went on a one-day foundation course with The Beer Academy on Saturday. I'd really recommend it, I learnt a lot and tasted a lot too...

(I have no connection with the Beer Academy, I was a paying punter - actually I paid twice as I bought my friend the course for his birthday)
