Breadvan!
CFH, you may have been thinking of a Ferrari 250GT, nicknamed The Breadvan. That pic above is of course a Cobra GT.
However, this is the world's actual fastest breadvan (mix of 2CV van and F355)

I had a go in a Juno recently. Although not in the same league as these, it was horrendously fast.
The ferraris and Lamborghinis just got out of the way. Didn't even try!
Not a car but just the engine. Sweet music to ones ears holes.
