Anyone know of a smart/funky B&B on or near the Gower?
Or at the very least just a 'nice' one if there's nothing smart or funky.
Ta.
I've stayed at the Bay View B&B - wouldn't say funky but, modern and crisp with plenty of character, great views amazing breakfast with local produce - even lava bread and cockles from the bay if thats what you fancy

the kings head hotel in llangenith. the rooms aren't in the pub. they will lock your bikes up if you ask nice (in fact they will stable a horse) and the gower gold from their microbrewery is damn fine.
if you see three guys covered in lime plaster at lunchtime, say hi, one of them will be me 🙂

As ever, STW has the answer.

Not a B&B, but the Worm's Head Hotel is ok, views very good. With a pub on site.
If you really want to splash out then Fairy Hill is meant to be excellent.
@ jonah tonto: Thanks for the recommendation. Had a great couple of nights' stay at the Kings Head. As you say, the beer was very, very good (much preferred the 'Rumour', BTW). Awesome selection of curries, too.
🙂
