I'm enjoying it right now. Read the book once - it's thicker than two bibles (small ones).

Yeah read the book too. Once surprised a teacher at school aged 14 having read it, knowing what papillon translated as and pronouncing it correctly too.

If only some of my school teachers were as good at teaching me.

I am recording it for my wife (36 on Monday) as she hasn't seen it - pretty certain she will be captivated.

😆 Yes, not all films are worth watching nowadays ... with majority of the population having short attention span film makers keep producing those millions angles camera shots all the time ... to cover for their shite storyline.

What films are? Lord of the Rings perhaps or The Grapes of Wrath but I struggle to think of any others.
