I have just had a plain bagel with scrambled egg and brown sauce 🙂
Half a bagel.
Butter.
The other half of a bagel.
Anything else, fire up the [s]wheelie bin[/s] pitchforks.
Toasted w/ crunchy peanut butter and pomegranate.
Cream Cheese & Smoked salmon or peanut butter & banana
Cream cheese, smoked salmon, black pepper and cucumber.
Cambozola and Parma ham with lots of black pepper and rocket if it's in season.
Just cream cheese. Sometimes a bit of tomatoe.
Salt beef and mustard

Beefburgers, much nicer than burger buns.
Sesame seed bagel lightly toasted and lurpacked with 3 rashers of wiltshire smoked back and lashings of HP broon. Heaven!
butter. a really nice thick slice of butter. that's really all you need. preferably on a sesame seed bagel, although plain bagels and poppy seed are also acceptable

I had bacon and a fried egg on one last night. What I really wanted was Bacon and brie. We didn't have any brie and Tesco was closed.
they're too chewy to have anything more than spread in (butter, peanut butter, cream cheese, etc.)

I have cheese, ham, tomato and lettuce with soured cream sometimes too.
I think I'll try one with peanut butter too.
