No, they're not all real. The running on water was a viral advert for a trainer manufacturer iirc.
Still some pretty good stuff in there though!

Also bear in mind; with some of them, like the kid with the card and the candle near the beginning, what you don't see is the hours and hours of failures it took to land the one hit.
