Hey, just looking into getting an Audi, but wondering how much, about, it costs to do the bushes if and when they need doing. The car has done 46k, but is an 05 plate.

Had the front bushes changed on an a3 Quattro at about 65k. Don't remember it being particularly expensive.
Will need a haldex service every 20k which is about 150.
100k on our A6 Quattro - never changed them (pretty sure) - car has developed a bit of "clonk" on rough roads which which we have put down to diabolical state of roads - due for a service soon so will get it looked at
If you are in/around Woking I can recommend a great place to take the car
I had one a while ago which had a cracked bushing. Noted as a service advisory.
Never got it fixed 200ish springs to mind.
It was a low mile tfsi quattro Gunmetal grey avant on 05 plate - can't possibly be the same one ๐
jambalaya - who can you recommend around Woking for Audi work? cheers gary
Won't need a haldex service as Jam bo suggests. A3 uses Haldex clutch to provide four-wheel drive. A4 uses a Torsen differential to do the same thing but works differently. Cannot remember how much bushings cost me - which I would if the price was horrific...!
Great stuff guys ๐ good to hear its not too silliy ๐ was rather fun on the test drive. Not quite as much as the cooper S, but that's a go kart... Will be missed when it goes ๐ alas... No room for bike or baby ๐
@GJP - Gary, I cannot recommend this guy highly enough, saved me well over a grand, check out his feedback on the good garage scheme
