Hi, has anyone dealt with these people ? Their tyre prices seem almost too good...

Just looked at their domain records and they look legit.  They're based in Holland though, so you might get stiffed on postage / customs etc.

Used them last year for tyres (JJs), order came through as predicted in ~7 days.

Yes bought my Elite Direto from them, so far, so good.

Had 2 times to get onto Customer Services and they did okay both times

I ordered the Turbo and then a week later it was cheaper so I emailed them and they cancelled and re-ordered it and refunded the difference.

Then when it turned up with a Euro plug I emailed again and they refunded £10 to cover the cost of and adapter (not purfect but they admitted they can't supply UK versions of the Direto)

So not bad so far..

i tried to order from them a second time today. i currently have one order outstanding with them which was due to be delivered yesterday with no update. it took some time on the phone with the cc company to get that to go through because the transaction kept getting flagged, the first time i got it to go through they ( athleteshop ) canceled the order after a week with no reason given. the second time the cc company stopped it again, i got the stop taken off, and it went through, but like i say, it's late. the second order i went to put through today also got stopped by the cc company, irritatingly.

i know others here have bought from them with no problems, but i'm starting to loose the will to continue TBH. good prices but only if you can actually buy from them.

I used them last week. Ordered some 3T carbon handlebars 8:30pm Wednesday night and they were delivered Friday afternoon, by Yodel!

Great price, no one in UK were anywhere close.

I've used them, stuff has turned up. Go for it.

They have 11 speed 11-46 Sunrace cassettes for 38 quid...

They’re based in Holland though, so you might get stiffed on postage / customs etc.

Not until Brex-mageddon, hopefully. Postage seemed comparable with some of the UK sellers.

I used them for first time last month.

Yes, they charge a lot for postage (about £10 if I remember correctly) but if buying a few tyres that's not a major issue as their Schwalbe prices were very keen.

My order came split between two deliveries, both tracked via NL Post but the first one completed by Hermes or Yodel, the other completed by Parcelforce.

Top tip: If you create your account, stick what you want in the basket and then "abandon" the basket, they'll quite possibly send you an additional discount through overnight to encourage you to complete the order.

I was going to order some Time cleats, but the postage costs negated any saving.

Going to check tyres now though...
