My wife has Renauds, and has suffered a lot this winter with cold hands. I saw some of these Assos gloves going cheapish. Has anyone ever used them/ are they any good?

I'm struggling to see that this couldn't be matched by a silk liner glove, a pair of 'off the market' woolly gloves and a pair of big Thinsulate fleece gloves.

Total cost about £20.

I appreciate the difficulty with Raynauds syndrome, but have ridden for the last 5 winters using a big pair of Thinsulate gloves from my local market, cost £3:00.

Adding a couple of thin layers underneath would be the same as the Assos system.
