i live in a 1 up 1 down flat and as the weather has been so w@@k recently i thought i would invest in a torbo just to keep the legs moving. Now as im working nights ill be using it mainly during the day when my downstairs neighbour will be at work but im just after a good idea of how much of a racket i will make.

Cheers all

Depends on the model. I just got Kurt Kinetic trainer which is surprisingly quiet - Mrs. was watching tv without much complaints 3 meters away.

newer mag ones are quieter than the fan types, but you still get the whirring.

can be especially bad if you're not on solid floors, or upstairs, the boards can make things resonate.

maybe buy overshoes and winter gloves and MTFU ๐Ÿ˜‰

[stops being smug and tries to generate enthusiasm for this afternoon's ride... brrrrrrrrrr]
