Anyone in new car sales that could explain the rules about cars built in June and July and having to be registered by the 16th of August due to emission changes.
Car ordered told it will be September then told it will be here earlier and has to be a 19 plate and can't be registered in September. Now the 16th has been and gone and will still have to have a car that'll arrive in the next week registered as a 19 plate.
Seems to be a real lack of info on whats going on.
